3. Ordering and Payment

By placing an order, you agree to:

Provide accurate delivery information
Pay the full amount including applicable taxes and delivery charges
Be available to receive your order during the specified delivery window
Accept that menu items may vary based on seasonal availability

4. Delivery Policy

Our delivery terms include:

Same-day delivery available in most areas within Hyderabad
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, or other circumstances
We require someone to be available to receive perishable items

5. Food Safety and Quality

However, we recommend consuming perishable items immediately upon delivery. Rasalu is not responsible for items that spoil due to delayed consumption or improper storage after delivery.

Orders can be cancelled up to 2 hours before the scheduled delivery time
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
No refunds for orders cancelled less than 2 hours before delivery
Quality issues must be reported within 2 hours of delivery for eligible refunds

While we accommodate dietary preferences and restrictions, customers with severe allergies should exercise caution. We cannot guarantee complete absence of allergens due to shared preparation facilities. Please inform us of any allergies when placing your order.
